Good news and light blogging ahead..

First the good news. Deb and I are going to be putting on a retreat each semester for the Franciscan University of Steubenville students!! We are very excited. It will be a real honor to work with Father Dave and the new chaplain (Father Brad is his name, I think). We met with the activities coordinator and a couple of Sisters yesterday to get some general structures worked out. The tentative date for the retreat is September 7-9, 2007. Please keep us in your prayers.

The other news is that I am in the middle of finals. I have four: Metaphysics. Logic II, Mysterium Salutis II, and the Pentateuch (I have a 10 page paper due in this class, also). So as you can imagine blogging will be quite light around here - not like there is much going on anyway :-). In the meantime, please go check out my other blog and podcast at Deepcast.org. Mike and Brent always have good things to say.

Last, I finally got my summer schedule figured out. Man, is it going to be busy! I am taking three classes: Ancient Political Theory, Synoptic Gospels, and Philosophical Anthropology. In addition, I hope to take at least one and maybe two intensive German courses, but we'll see. I just might be too old for this ;-).

Four classes is a heavy load for grad studies. Good luck on the finals and the paper.

Actually, I am taking 6. The other two just had papers and no final. :-)
